Ingredient Tips for Dill Pickle Seasoning
- Citric acid: You can find citric acid here online. It adds tang to this recipe. You can replace citric acid with vinegar powder if you’ve got a spice store nearby.
- Sugar: The sugar in this recipe doesn’t make it sweet, but it does balance the tang from the citric acid.
- Dried dill: Dried dill weed is larger than the other spices in this seasoning,g so I recommend pulsing it in the food processor to keep it evenly distributed.
- Salt: This recipe uses table salt as it blends more evenly.
