Recipe Highlights

  • This recipe is a copycat of Taylor Farms Dill Pickle Salad (sold at Costco, among many other stores).
  • It packs lots of dill pickle flavor.
  • Since the main green in this recipe is kale, it can be tossed and will keep for up to 3 days. Perfect for meal prep!
  • The homemade dressing is easy to make and can be doubled to enjoy on ANY salad.

Ingredient Tips for Dill Pickle Salad

  • Greens: Since this recipe has a creamy dressing, kale is a great choice since it’s hearty. Replace kale with romaine if you’d like.
  • Add-Ins: Shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and radish add flavor and crunch. You can add just one or all three if you have them on hand.
  • Croutons: I slightly crush the croutons to toss with this salad to match the Taylor Farms salad. You can also use crushed pita chips in place.
