Dill Pickle Salad Dressing

- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 medium dill pickles
- 3 to 4 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grate the dill pickles with the large holes on a box grater.
- In a medium bowl, whisk sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in parsley, dill, garlic powder, sugar, onion powder, and shredded dill pickles.
- Add dill pickle juice a tablespoon at a time to reach the desired consistency.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- replace dried parsley with 2 tablespoons fresh parslye
- replace dried dill with 1 tablespoon fresh dill
