- Prep Notes: For the best texture, use plenty of ice cubes and blend until the mixture is smooth and slushy.

What’s in a Pickle Slush?
- Jello: Lime Jello has a vibrant, tangy citrus flavor with a sweet, gelatinous texture that’s perfect for refreshing treats like this slushie.
- Pickle Juice: Homemade pickle juice is the best. Store-bought dills are also a great option, but avoid sweet pickles. If you want a boost of nutrition and extra probiotics, try adding naturally fermented pickle juice.

Pickle-Perfect Add-Ons
- Dill Pickle Chips: The classic garnish for an extra crunch and tang.
- Lime Wedges: Adds a fresh citrus burst and vibrant color.
- Cucumber Slices: For a refreshing, cool touch that complements the pickle flavor.
- Fresh Dill Sprigs: To intensify the dill flavor and make it look more visually appealing.
- Chili Flakes or Tajín: If you like a little spice, sprinkle this on the rim or top for extra zing.
- Pickled Jalapeño Slices: For a spicy kick that pairs well with the tangy pickle taste.
