- 15.5 ounces chickpeas 1 can, drained and rinsed
- 3 medium dill pickles chopped
- 3 tablespoons dill pickle juice more as needed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 ½ tablespoons tahini
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 ice cube
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped (optional)
- olive oil and chopped dill pickles for garnish
Instructions
- Add chickpeas, dill pickles, pickle juice, tahini, olive oil, garlic, salt, and cumin to a food processor or blender.
- Pulse a few times to combine, scraping down the sides as needed.
