- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 whole dill pickles
- 8 slices of ham
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and garlic powder on medium speed until fluffy.
- If the ham has a lot of moisture, dab the slices dry with a paper towel. Spread ½ oz. (1 tablespoon) of cream cheese on each slice of ham.
- Dab pickles dry with a paper towel and place on one end of the ham. Roll tightly and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Remove from the fridge and use a sharp knife to slice each into 3 to 4 pieces.
- Serve chilled.
